1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to all orders placed at folviabag.shop. The seller is Thomas Schlecht, c/o IP-Management #9732, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany (see Imprint). Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Conclusion of contract

Product listings are not binding offers. You add items to the cart, enter your details at checkout and can review and correct everything before submitting (via "Back" or the input fields). By clicking "Pay now" you place a binding order. The order confirmation email only confirms that we received your order. The contract is concluded when we confirm shipment or deliver the goods. The contract languages are English and German. We store the contract text; you receive your order details by email and can access these terms on this page at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG): no VAT is charged or shown. Applicable local taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

See our Refund Policy, which also contains the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA and the model withdrawal form.

6. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

7. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.
